Mascots - First Team connection stronger than ever!

As the 23/2024 season vast approaches it has been excellent to see the connection HTJFC and the first team has is continuing to flourish. As in previous seasons juniors will mascot home games and support the first team during matches.

Great Evans and Shaun Moore took a training session with the mascots prior to kick off with drills, skills and a small game. Each mascot enjoyed the experience and it was great to see the Crusaders win their pre season friendly against Kingstonian FC 3-0.

HTJFC would like to thank first team manager Danny Robinson in helping to arrange this along with half time penalties for the mascots.

HTJFC will be supporting the first team as always and look foward to the upcoming season.

'OHH HUNGERFORD WE LOVE YOU!'

HTJFC U7 Falcons Manager spent 2 days with Chelsea women's' FC on an experience in recognition of her work and commitment.

Leigh Hall went to Stamford Bridge and stayed overnight in the club hotel, along with other female coaches taking part in a number of activities. This included attending Chelsea Women Vs Everton Women at Kingsmeadow for a WSL fixture. Chelsea won 7-0 and with a brilliant team performance.

There was a training session with the Chelsea coaching team at Cobham training facility, followed by a panel event with Karen Carney, Eniola Aluko and Carly Telford.

Hungerford Town Juniors completed another school holiday football school on the 03rd and 4th April 2023.

With the weather being sunny and the pitches in good condition all the players had a great time and played plenty of football.

All players received a medal for their attendance and support of the club, and for those who had attended the previous holiday schools for the 2022-23 season received a trophy in recognition of their support and help in fundraising.

This couldn't have gone ahead without the support of the club officials and a massive thank you to those who gave up their time to make this work and allow the players to have a great time.

Summer School 2022

HTJFC completed a successful summer school on Hungerford Primary School pitches. All players took advantage of the clubs equipment and coaches to enjoy their football. Following the success of the event the club will be running further Football Schools in the Autumn and Easter. This will hopefully now be regular in each season moving forward.
A big thank you to the coaches who helped with the event and to each player who attended to help fundraise to improve/better their club.
