Emergency Action Plans (EAP)

Each of the coaches are trained in First Aid and follow an EAP to ensure any incident is dealt with efficiently and effectively. Below are the EAP's for reference and to assist should you require to either aid or transport your own child for further treatment:

It is important that all parents/carers are contactable whilst a player is taking part in any club activity. Ensuring HTJFC Club Officials are kept up to date with any medical information about a player and to communicate any requirements.

Accident Reporting Form

​

It is important that accidents or incidents are reported to ensure that anyone involved get the care and attention that may be required. The completion of the form are for circumstances that either require further medical treatment or aren't remedied at pitch side either in training or at matches.

Completed forms are to be sent to safguardingHTJFC@gmail.com where this will be recorded and reviewed. This can assist the club in making the club safer for our players and address any areas that need attention.
